Beewax Candles - Mother Nature's Balancing Act

The origin of beeswax candles goes back to the earliest of civilizations. Beeswax has been revered and documented in many ancient tablets and scrolls and in Egyptian and Mayan hieroglyphs for their non-toxic, negative ion-producing properties that are very conducive to the mental, physical and spiritual balance of human beings. It is an accepted fact that people feel better when they go to the ocean, when they are near waterfalls, in the woods or after a fresh rain and thunderstorm. This is the wonder of Mother Nature as each of these natural phenomena creates and pumps 'negative ions' into the air.
The scientific principle at work here is that when a proper balance of negative ions bind with the positive ions, creating complete molecules which have a heavier weight mass and a balanced charge. Science has proven that any 'thing' floating in the air, be it indoors or outdoors, is doing so because it is 'positively' charged. This includes everything from dust and pollen to toxic residues and emissions coming from household furnishings, rugs, food smells, pets, construction materials to viruses, bacteria and germs. All of these toxins present a potential health problem as they are floating in our air and being inhaled. These toxins become positively charged by static electricity, friction from walking across carpets or from the dry, recycled air and heating systems we all use. However, when there is an abundance of negative ions present, they will automatically seek out positive ions (dust or toxin carriers) to form a balanced molecule that has a heavier mass. Hence the positive ions no longer float, they simply fall to the ground creating cleaner air.
Outside of our home environment, we are very limited to affect the quality of the air we breathe. Within our own homes or workplace, we have another alternative - the same one as the ancients - burning pure beeswax. It has been scientifically proven that the only fuel known to mankind to produce a fully balance negative ion is pure, unadulterated beeswax. This sweet, inexpensive alternative is one of Mother Nature's original inventions! It makes perfect sense that nature would provide us with this fine balancing and cleansing tool. Beeswax candles are slow burning and cost only pennies to burn per hour compared to fast burning expensive, paraffin wax candles. Beeswax burns with no smoke, while paraffin burns black soot that coats our walls, furnishings and curtains, not to mention our lungs!
