The Golden Light Centre for Well-Being Moves to the Web
Hi Friends, I am entering a new way of presenting the Golden Light Centre for Well-Being. I am offering Peaceful
Path holistic and meditations programs, Sound Energy Dynamics and Intuitive Meditation services from my home in
Waterloo and/or other sites. I am presenting on-site business seminars in the community to organizations and
business. I'm very excited about my next Peaceful Path Retreat for Women to be held in the fall as the colours
unfold. Our website is expanding to included wonderful products for wellness, art and spiritual growth. The site
will be growing in many different ways to connect and share with you so log on to watch it grow and evolve!

Peaceful Path Workshops

When I began to offer meditation workshops over 15 years ago, very few classes were available. It is wonderful to see many people teaching this art in our area. I now see my role as extending and deepening this experience by exploration of teachings of Spiritual insights that broaden our understanding of our Self and the Divine. We can then go within to seek our own creative expression and authenticity. For it is within, in silence, that we discover love, peace and unity with the Divine. From this space, we can connect and bring our Light of peace into our world to share with others. Then we shine and our life blooms as we become spiritual peacemakers. This is how we can each "Be the Change" as Ghandi suggested. Join me for my summer workshops.

Sat. July 15th - One day trip to Kincardine, On. Spend a peaceful day beside Lake Huron. Bring a lunch, drinks, sun hat, sun screen, bathing suit, chairs, books to read, etc. A time for connection with the water, relaxation and meditation and of course play and fellowship. Please register by June 25th. We will car pool. Please let me know if you can drive. 9:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. Fee: by donation

A COMMUNITY PEACE PROJECT
"MAKING PEACE PRAYERS VISIBLE"
LET'S "PEACE" IT TOGETHER!
It is growing. We thank those who have completed their cloths. They are awesome! On June 10,
Nancy and I will be displaying the Cloth of Peace at the Arts Festival in (Galt)Cambridge and see
Nancy displaying it at a booth on June 24, Art around the Pond, Wellesley. We envision a "mile long"
cloth. Pieces of cloths are joined to make 36" x 36" (91.5cm x 91.5cm) squares and then the squares are sewn together.
Your cloth is a symbol of peace and love. It's easy, fun and creative! Individuals or groups may
make the squares! Each square represents prayers of love and peace. Help us to make the cloth grow
and grow. Let's "Peace" it together! Thanks to Fabricland, Cambridge for donating muslin cloth for
