A gathering of girls ages 8-17 for a program of creative empowerment for their body, mind and spirit.
A 12 week program, meeting twice a month, the first and 3rd Wednesday from 7:00p.m. - 8:00 p.m

This program is formatted to celebrate and empower girls through the introduction of twelve life skill attributes -
honesty, love, compassion, forgiveness, sharing, gratitude, abundance, generosity, courage, patience, joy, peace.
These attributes correspond to the points on a twelve-pointed star, giving the name, Star Circle. Each gathering
will include a sharing time, a creative activity, music, drumming, songs and /or creative movement, and quiet
reflection time. The intention of this gathering is to provide girls with tools for making good choices,
healthy living and creative development.
Joanne Brophy is a Holistic Health Educator.
Jane Booth is a Holistic Wellness Facilitator.
